Teak can even spend the winter outside, as long as it is covered by a cover. For other species, it is best to bring in your wooden outdoor dining table during the very cold months, when the table will no longer be used.
When choosing your garden dining table, pay attention to the origin of the wood. If it comes from an FSC or PEFC-labeled forest, this means that the forest is managed with respect for the environment and that the fauna and flora are preserved.
As it ages, the wood acquires a natural patina that gives the table an always unique appearance. If you do not like this patina effect, you can treat your table once a year, to prevent the effects of time from being visible on the wood. Each species has an appropriate treatment, allowing the wood to be preserved for as long as possible.

These are resistant and have many advantages: it is a material that does not rot, it is resistant to fungi and insects, it does not turn green or change color over time, it does not produce splinters and it is simple to maintain. It is possible to clean your composite wood table with a high-pressure cleaner without damaging it, unlike a European or exotic wood table. Nevertheless, composite wood has a much less natural appearance than classic wood. It is made of wood (sawdust or wood fibers) and polymer (polypropylene, polyethylene, or PVC).

The aluminum garden dining table

The stainless steel garden dining table
The stainless steel patio dining table is more practical than an aluminum table since it is heavier and therefore does not fly away when there is wind. It goes very well with designer decor and makes your exterior more modern than with a wrought iron table. An aluminum table has a lifespan of about 10 years. It is a table that will have to be brought in in winter to ensure a longer life.
